One day. Twenty four hours. That’s how long it took to entirely reverse all the discipline I had during Ramadhan. 🤦🏻♀️ I’m left with cookie crumbs on my Raya dress, an inflamed body because I had way too much gluten, and completely avoiding eye contact with the weighing scale.
