The request was for information concerning all communications to and/or from the DIA with the Armed Services Committee in 2017 and 2018 regarding the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP). The document was released on February 18, 2020, under FOIA case number U-18-2150/FAC-2AI. The purpose of AATIP was to investigate foreign advanced aerospace weapon threats from the present out to the next 40 years. The list includes 16 attachments, all classified UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY, except for attachment 37, which is a SECRET//NOFORN version of attachment 38, titled "Artificial Evolution of High Energy Laser Weapons." The list includes products from various researchers and institutions, including Dr. George Miley, Dr. F. Winterberg, Dr. James Wells, Dr. P. Czysz, Dr. Hal Puthoff, Dr. Bruce Towe, Dr. Ulf Leonhardt, Dr. Eric Davis, Dr. Robert Baker, Dr. George Hathaway, Dr. Gerald Smith, and Dr. Claudio Maccone.
